How do I choose the correct size for my cosplay?
Since our costumes are tailored to specific character designs, sizing can vary. Please refer to the detailed size chart on each product page. We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips in centimeters for the most accurate fit.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
Processing takes 3-7 business days for in-stock items. Shipping typically takes 10-20 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Pre-order items will have specific timelines listed on their product pages.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags and accessories included. Please note that custom-made costumes and intimate items like wigs or socks are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Are the wigs pre-styled when they arrive?
Our wigs are trimmed and basic-styled to match the character's look, but they may require minor adjustments or hairspray after shipping to achieve the exact look shown in our promotional photos.
