At DokiDokiCosplay, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your transformation, which is why we offer a 15-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-sized costumes and wigs that have been styled or cut are ineligible for return.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer support team within 15 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging.

Receive Authorization

Once our team reviews your request, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return shipping address.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack the costume in its original bag with all accessories included, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the parcel.

Quality Inspection and Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned items for signs of wear or damage, we will process your refund or store credit within 7-10 business days.
